Project Summary: The manager of digital content requested my team make a document that would provide organization-wide guidance on how our brand should be depicted in social media. I volunteered to lead the effort, and collaborated with a colleague to put together Social Media Guidelines based on our umbrella Brand Guidelines. The final effort resulted in a widely distributed document that provided guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.
